Cumbrian Yellow Mortar (2.5:1)

Cumbrian mortar is renowned for its traditional composition and its historic association with the region’s architectural heritage. This mix contains local materials to keep in with properties that have mortar with a yellow hue.

Cardewmires Blend 2.5:1 – Pointing, scratch coats (with hair or fibres) and float coats

For a ‘hydraulic set’ in traditional hot lime mortars and plasters, Pozzolans (a powdered additive) may be desired in some circumstances.
