SISALWOOL Loftroll – Natural Fibre Insulation

Sisalwool loftroll, is an eco-friendly and carbon-neutral insulation, offers exceptional performance. It is manufactured from recycled wool and sisal, ensuring safety during handling without causing skin irritation due to the absence of harmful chemicals. The insulation’s vapor permeability facilitates the passage of moisture, significantly reducing the risk of trapped moisture damaging the building fabric.

Suitable for both new and retrofit projects, including historic buildings, Sisalwool loftroll is ideally applied between joists or over joists in loft applications. While flexible insulation batts can be used in loft floor applications, they are less preferable due to air leakage. Sisalwool loftroll’s roll format reduces abutments and minimizes opportunities for heat to escape if the insulation is disturbed in the future.
