Baunit DS27 is an Adhesive and sealant product which is used for bonding XPS plinth & perimeter boards below DPC and as a waterproof sealant below ground. Mixed 1:1 with Portland cement. Applied on the back (@ min. 40% coverage) of the plinth boards for bonding and on the front below ground level following base-coat render as a sealant. Product is moisture-resistant and water-vapour permeable, with high bond strength. Suitable for bitumen or masonry substrates.
