Cork is naturally highly moisture and rot resistant, it makes an ideal material choice for bathrooms and basements below external ground level, where internal moisture levels may be high or external factors limit the breathability of the existing fabric.

- 5mm Baumit MC55 lime bonding coat
- Internal wall insulation (Cork)
- 8mm baumit MC55 lime plaster base coat with embedded mesh
- 3mm Baumit RK70 lime plaster finish coat
