Highly durable silicone façade paint.

A universal, highly durable silicone façade paint. Ready to use, and available in nearly all colours of the Baumit Life range. Highly vapour-permeable, extremely water repellent and dirt resistant. Compliant with ETAG 004 European System Standards for EWI systems with rendering.

Decorative and protective coating for all mineralic substrates and finish renders which can be stored for up to 12 months.

Suitable for:

  • Lime/cement and rubbed cementitious renders
  • Concrete and other mineralic substrates
  • Well adhered mineralic and dispersion paint and renders

Conditionally suitable for:

  • Lime renders (be aware of carbonation )

Not suitable for: 

  • Plastics, varnished, oily or glued surfaces
  • To stop carbonation in concrete repair
  • Lime-based coats of paint
  • Wood and metal
  • Highly elastic dispersion paints
