Timber Frame Open Clad
The system complies with the most stringent of standards – from baseline building regulations through to Passivhaus.
The system is suitable for open clad finishes where additional UV protection is required. All components for the system are available from Unity Lime.

- SOPLUTEC UV Membrane with ISOLAIR or COMBI
- Stud & PAVAFLEX / PAVATEXTIL-P
- Racking board incl. airtightness detail (e.g. OSB 12/15mm)
- Service void 25mm – optional (can be insulated for improved performance)
- Plasterboard 12.5mm
- Plaster, skim and emulsion paint
