The Listed Property Show – London 2026 Round Up!

London Olympia | January 2026
Unity Lime had a great couple of days at the Listed Property Show 2026 at London Olympia, one of the UK’s key events for anyone involved in the repair, conservation and upgrade of historic buildings.

James, Connor and Andrew from Unity Lime were on the stand alongside Sheepwool Insulation, giving visitors the chance to see how truly natural insulation and breathable finishes can work together as complete, compatible systems for older buildings.

• Pavatex Woodfibre Systems
• Sheepwool Insulation
• Insulations – Hemp, Denim, Wood fibre, Cork, Foam Glass
• Baumit Plasters & Renders
• Socli NHLs & Mortar

Across the show we displayed our full range of sustainable insulation products, including natural and vapour-open solutions specifically suited to traditional construction. These were complemented by our lime plasters, renders and mortars, all designed to work in harmony with historic and listed properties where breathability, moisture management and long-term protection of the building fabric are essential.

It was encouraging to speak with so many homeowners, architects and industry professionals who are actively looking for alternatives to modern, impermeable materials. The level of interest in breathable insulation systems and traditional lime finishes highlights a growing understanding of how important material compatibility is when working with heritage buildings.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by the stand for a chat. If you missed us at Olympia and would like to discuss suitable materials for a listed or historic project, please get in touch with the Unity Lime team or come and see us at Build It Southeast on the 21st & 22nd of February.
