Cold-Roof System – Retro-Fit

This simple roof system is designed to be installed above ceiling level and below a loft space where the roof of the property isn’t insulated (cold-roof). It is a high performance, breathable loft insulation system which uses top quality, eco-friendly insulation between and above the rafters and lime plaster on the ceiling.

We are able to specify a choice 4 types of flexible insulation for this system. Choose between wood fibre, sheepwool, hemp (Inditherm) or recycled denim (Pavatextil-P) . If you have any questions, our sales/technical teams will be able to advise you accordingly, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.

As well as the obvious thermal benefits to a correctly insulated loft, our systems are breathable so you can rest assured that moisture levels are regulated to prevent mould build up within the fabric of the roof. Unlike many other types of insulation that are readily available on the market, our insulations give off minimal/no VOC’s (volatile organic compounds).
