Pitched Roof CLT System
This high performance, breathable roof system is designed to be robust and effective. The build up works with an interior cross laminated timber ceiling.
The system uses a combination of Pavatex wood fibre insulation boards and breathable membranes for air tightness and wind tightness. The use of wood fibre insulation means that the property interior will have a more consistent temperature throughout the year, remaining warmer in winter and cooler in summer.
This system complies with the most stringent of standards – from baseline building regulations through to Passivhaus.
