Unity Lime Products supply specialist building materials to customers across the UK with a primary focus on insulation materials, lime products and ancillary items. We are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Assistant at our southern distribution office to act as first point of contact for our customers and support our growing sales team.

What does the role involve?

As an Internal Sales Assistant you will deliver new business sales and existing account development. Regularly engaging with sales, warehouse and accounts teams, you’ll also input orders onto our system and maintain our project records using our CRM system. In this position you will be expected to forge strong working relationships with all key accounts and will manage their expectations around product availability and delivery schedules.

The successful candidate will require:
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• The drive to deliver good quality customer service
• Experience in sales-driven environments, with previous internal sales support experience and sales order processing experience desirable
• Good data accuracy and attention to detail with a good level of numeracy and IT skills
• Valid UK drivers license

Salary – £19,000 – £24,000 subject to experience
